“When I got married, I knew there would be a learning curve. I expected to learn a lot about my husband in that first year. Surprisingly, I learned far more about myself than I did about my husband. I learned which bits of my personality were irregular quirks and just how selfish and stubborn I was capable of being. Recognizing these areas for growth and working on them helped me develop in so many ways. I thought my sanctification must be nearly complete. Ahem. Enter children.”
